Dawn
Practice Administrator
With over 24 years of experience working alongside Dr. LeMonnier, she has built a career grounded in compassion, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to patient care. She takes pride in helping create a welcoming, comfortable environment where every patient feels valued and supported.
Outside the office, you’ll often find her and her husband, Jim, on the go—traveling to visit their five grown children across Kentucky, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. With their 6-year-old granddaughter adding extra joy to the journey, family remains the most important part of her life.
Erin
Registered Dental Hygienist
Since joining our team in 2009, Erin has been known for her gentle touch, thorough cleanings, and warm, approachable manner—earning compliments from patients every day. She truly enjoys helping people learn how to care for their smiles and maintain lifelong oral health.
Erin is a 2004 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland and earned her Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University in 2005.
Outside the office, Erin and her husband, Brandon, can usually be found cheering on their daughter, Elsie, at the lacrosse field. They can also be found taking walks through downtown Frederick with their energetic Weimaraner.
Josie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Josie has been working in the dental field since 2020 and brings both experience and genuine care to every patient interaction.
She is a 2025 graduate of Hagerstown Community College’s Dental Hygiene program. Josie enjoys helping her patients feel comfortable while improving their oral and overall health. She takes pride in providing gentle, thorough care to help each person feel confident in their smile.
Outside the office, Josie enjoys going on runs with her German Shepherd Spice, snowboarding in the winter, and wake surfing in the summer with her fiancé, Ty.
Lindy
Clinical Assistant
Lindy has been serving the dental community since 2009 and is a proud graduate of the Hagerstown Community College Dental Assisting Program, Class of 2011. With experience in general dentistry and oral surgery, she’s passionate about helping people and takes great pride in making each patient’s dental experience as comfortable and positive as possible.
Family is everything to Lindy. She and her husband, Desmond, were married on New Year’s Eve in 2020 and are proud parents to two beautiful children—Malcolm (born in 2022) and Kaia (born in 2023). Their beloved Boston Terrier, Jelly Bean, has been keeping them entertained (and on their toes!) since 2018.
Chelsea
Clinical Assistant
Chelsea has been working in the dental field since 2016, with experience in both oral surgery and clinical assisting. Her top priority is always patient care and comfort—she finds it incredibly rewarding to help patients feel at ease, especially during what can sometimes be an anxious experience.
Originally from Washington, D.C., Chelsea is a graduate of Towson University and has called Frederick home since 2015. Outside the office, she enjoys playing soccer, singing karaoke, reading, traveling, watching horror movies, and going to concerts. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband, Paul, and their three dogs.
Leslie
Patient Care Coordinator
Originally from California, Leslie made Frederick, Maryland home in 2018. She’s a proud mom to four wonderful kids and one playful fur baby. With a love for connecting with people, she’s always excited to greet our patients with a smile and help make their visit a positive experience.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her watching baseball, exploring hiking trails, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying her favorite—Mexican food!
